GIANTSTEP partnered with NBC to create an exciting CG-driven spot for their upcoming competition series American Song Contest. Led by Executive Creative Director Heebok Lee, GIANTSTEP created the 3D animation and design including look development and art direction based on initial concept references provided by NBC’s creative director Steven Wagner. Each stage resembles a US state, with multiple stages rising throughout the spot populated by live action performers.
